This blueberry crumble is super easy and the crumbly top is fantastic.

Filling:
2 cups frozen blueberries
¼ cup white sugar (I used half brown, half white sugar)
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Pinch fine sea salt

Topping:
½ cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats (I used granola)
⅛ cup brown sugar
⅛ cup white sugar
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
⅛ teaspoon salt
1/2 cup (115 grams) butter, melted

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F / 190°C.
  • Toss blueberries, sugar, flour, lemon juice and salt in a medium bowl. Pour into 4 ramekins.
  • Combine flour, oats, sugar, spices in a medium bowl. Add the melted butter then stir until all the flour has been moistened by the butter and topping is crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over the blueberry mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until topping is golden brown and blueberries are bubbling, about 25 minutes. Serve hot or at room temperature.
