Vodka with Cherry Juice

Vodka with Cherry Juice (5) | 13.08.08 | Posted in Drinks

This summer drink is very refreshing. If you have fresh cherries, I highly recommend to squeeze them for best results.

2/3 cup freshly squeezed cherry juice
1/3 cup vodka
Orange slice

  • Mix the cherry juice with vodka.
  • Put ice cubes in the glass, add the drink.
  • Finish with orange slice.

This looks great. Do you have a recipe for the cherry liquor that was traditionally served during seker bayram? I had some at a friend’s house and loved it.
    Thanks!

    Yelda:

I have suffered a hard to describe, chronic health problem for 4 months.

It seems to be cyclic with a day, and can leave me “feeling sick” late afternoon, early evening.

Yesterday I visited a neighbor. He offered me a Vodka with Cherry juice (real, not sugared). I felt WELL within 1/2 an hour!

I have no idea..what the combination does. But I am investigating

USA Marx – It is very interesting that this recipe helped your health problem! It could be the freshly squeezed cherry juice. Let me know if you find out the reason.
Also, I am happy that you are feeling better…
    Cheers :)
